Job Opportunity

T&M Associates is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our Vertical Structures Practice in New Jersey. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a local team of engineers and provide daily supervision of technical workload.
  • Collaborate on market strategy, branding, and growth within the region.
  • Pursue opportunities by networking with clients and sourcing new development/acquisition opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required, Masters Degree preferred.
  • P.E. in Structural Engineering required.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience of structural building design.
  • Experience with structural design analysis software including RAM Structural System, Enercalc and TEDDS.
  • Thorough knowledge and interpretation of industry standards and code compliance.
  • Experience with client management and/or business development efforts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Background in technical proposal development.
  • Self-motivated, focused, and dedicated to leading a team to deliver solutions for our clients.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
