About Us
Radiology Regional Center is a leading diagnostic imaging provider, with 13 imaging centers in Southwest Florida. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and building trust with our communities.
Job Summary:
Under the clinical direction of a radiologist and mammography development specialist, and general supervision of the center manager, technical director, and mammography supervisor, performs radiographic scanning and imaging procedures at a technical level, not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic imaging, mammography imaging diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Responsibilities:
- Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.
- Provides services with attention to detail and friendly guest services.
- Collaborates with the team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent hospital-based program.
- Current ARRT and State of Florida license to practice medical radiography.
- CPR Basic Life Support certification.
- 1-2 years of radiography experience preferred in an outpatient setting.
