Job Overview
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by effectively managing and supervising the operations of assigned venues, including convention services, bar operations, and front-of-the-house (FOH) activities in various dining areas.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate flexibility to work any/all assigned shifts. Uphold the highest standards of customer service. Promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and adhere to F&B Department policies. Foster the desired quality of food and beverage offerings. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively. Document and report incidents of interest to the Food & Beverage Manager, including safety and service-related issues. Provide written shift summaries as required. Propose initiatives to reduce costs, enhance sales/customer satisfaction, and improve employee performance. Follow through on approved initiatives. Carry out human resource management tasks as directed by the Food & Beverage Manager, including training new hires and identifying training needs. Maintain proficiency in job duties of all subordinate roles. Manage inventory control as directed by the Food & Beverage Manager. Ensure compliance with sales transaction processing and reporting procedures. Uphold company policies regarding complimentary services and maintain sensitivity to budget constraints. Ensure a clean and safe working environment. Communicate effectively with all F&B employees and other departments to maintain operational efficiency. Safeguard company assets. Adhere to policies and procedures established by the F&B Department and regulatory bodies. Monitor the dining environment and follow established safety and sanitation procedures. Collaborate respectfully with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and operational integrity. Exhibit the highest ethical standards in all job functions. Complete evaluations and onboarding documentation for team members promptly. Approve and update team member time cards and time-off requests. Create schedules as necessary for the venue.Additional Responsibilities
Arrive at work on time and in professional attire, maintaining high personal cleanliness standards. Support staffing levels that ensure optimal customer service and resource allocation. Prepare all areas for the next shift, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supplies. Conduct shift meetings to address operational issues and communicate significant changes. Attend all required meetings and training sessions. Maintain confidentiality in all matters. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Supervisory Duties
This role includes the authority to enhance training opportunities, evaluate performance, enforce standards, and manage staff scheduling. It directly supervises various dining and service staff and may have additional supervisory responsibilities as assigned.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
May be exposed to high noise levels and a smoke-filled environment. Some lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods. Occasional bending, squatting, reaching, balancing, and pushing or pulling equipment may be necessary.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Knowledge/Education/Work Experience: Must be at least 21 years of age. Requires a high school diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in food & beverage operations in a large-scale setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is essential. Basic computer skills are required.
Skills/Abilities: Must effectively interact with the public, customers, and colleagues with professionalism. Ability to work independently without supervision is necessary. Must be able to read, write, and implement policies and procedures. Must manage busy and stressful situations with poise. Flexibility in working hours and days off is required. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

This position is PROHIBITED from participating in any casino games while on duty, except as authorized for employee tournaments. Employees and their households are also prohibited from entering company contests and giveaways established for guests.
