NSI Industries is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Retrieve stock to fill customer orders, fulfill and process orders, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Check stock to determine supply levels, place and track orders, and verify receipt of supplies.
- Warehouse Safety: Ensure implementation of Company safety, health, and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed, and ensure that safe work practices are followed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Complete preventive maintenance requirements, follow manufacturer's instructions, troubleshoot malfunctions, and call for repairs.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Skills: Basic math and computer skills, ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical Requirements: Must be in good physical condition, able to stand and/or bend for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
