Advanced Practice Nurse

At Charles River Medical Associates, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and record medical histories, perform and record physical examinations, and assess patients in our ambulatory setting.
- Order appropriate diagnostic tests and consult according to established Charles River Medical Associates guidelines.
- Review findings and treatment plans with supervising physicians as needed.
- Plan and initiate health maintenance and disease prevention for patients, including education, instruction, and counseling.
- Triage telephone calls and document necessary information.
- Prescribe medications within established guidelines and seek consultation when necessary.
- Participate in professional meetings, committees, and continuing education to enhance professional growth and meet professional standards.
- Follow CRMA protocols for billing, HIPAA compliance, and electronic medical record utilization.
