We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary treatment team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide medication management and therapy services
- Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists, advanced practice psychiatric nurses, and licensed psychologists and clinicians
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Valid medical license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain
- Valid DEA certificate
- Outpatient (weekday) part-time or full-time opportunities
- Flexible scheduling and strong work-life balance
- Compensation for supervising PMHNP's
- Non-clinical support staff to handle billing and other administrative duties
- Above-average W2 compensation package
- Full benefits package including medical, vision, disability, and 401(k) match
- Yearly compensation for CME's
