We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting. As a member of our team, you will provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to residents with a variety of communication disorders
  • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document resident progress and communicate with family members and healthcare providers as needed

Requirements:

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility to practice in the state employed
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
  • Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
