Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Business Development Director to join our team at Propelled Brands. This is a full-time, exempt position responsible for driving franchise growth and sales across various markets.


Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of $90,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commission, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, employee discounts, flexible schedule, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, parental leave, vision insurance, and wellness resources.


Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Franchise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for qualifying new franchise prospects, traveling as required, guiding candidates through a structured sales journey, maintaining accurate and timely files on each prospect, attending trade shows and networking events, proactively seeking out conversion leads, and fully understanding and abiding by franchise disclosure laws and regulations.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years of franchise sales experience, a proven track record of franchise or other relationship-selling skills, and a college degree preferred or equivalent experience of 5+ years in sales. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.


Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office or remote environment and requires occasional evening and weekend work. Travel is primarily during business days, with some overnight travel expected based on individual job responsibilities.
