Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Specialist II PRN to join our team at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including interventional radiology, to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and medical histories.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current ARRT (R) certification.
  • Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification through AHA or ARC.
  • Advanced ARRT Credentials strongly preferred within one year.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or 24-month AMA approved school of Radiological Technology.
  • Two years experience in critical care nursing preferred (RN) or one year diagnostic experience required (ARRT).
  • Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
