Job Summary

ERG Inc is seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. As a visionary in graphic design, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that adhere to the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and ensure 508-accessibility compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Research: Conduct user interviews to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • User Design: Design and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Translate user stories and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and translate them into design solutions.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design concepts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Strong working experience with graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, etc.
  • Proven experience in developing user research plans and conducting user interviews.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, with an eye for visual composition and attention to detail.
  • Strong coding skills, with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks.
