Digital Project Coordinator Lead

We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Coordinator to join our team at the National Council on Aging (NCOA). As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and managing workflow.

About the RoleThe Digital Project Coordinator will play a critical role in driving our digital initiatives forward. Your primary responsibilities will include project management, coordination, and communication with stakeholders. You will work closely with our leadership team to establish processes and procedures that increase efficiency and transparency.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day website management tasks for ncoa.org and benefitscheckup.org.
- Serve as Product Owner for Agile web development teams.
- Prioritize product backlog to align with strategic goals and user needs.
- Conduct testing for bugs and small enhancements.
- Monitor site performance and user experience, addressing any issues promptly.
- Manage digital projects, including expansion of multilingual capabilities.
- Triage inbound requests for digital team, refining requirements, prioritizing, and assigning tasks.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all digital projects and processes.
- Develop release notes process and distribute accordingly.
- Contribute to weekly reports for executive team.
- Collaborate with team leadership to refine processes and increase efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the digital team and across departments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital project management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), Slack, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Product Owner role.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
