Demand Generation Manager

Job DescriptionRole Summary
The Demand Generation Manager at Shelf will play a critical role in building and owning our demand generation funnel. This is a generalist role that will require setting up marketing automation, managing virtual and in-person events, and planning creative campaigns to drive demand. If you have a B2B lead generation marketing background for SaaS products and are highly analytical and measurement-driven, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the overall lead generation strategy
- Run organic and paid campaigns designed to drive awareness and demand
- Collaborate with the team on how to best reuse and distribute content
- Help set up an initial reporting structure for funnel KPIs such as website visits, leads, and opportunities / free signups
- Run virtual and in-person events
- Monitor lead flow and conversion rates against targets and marketing investment
- Rigorously measure the lead & customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximize ROI
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' marketing tactics to identify new opportunities
- Create automated programs to nurture web traffic to become sales-ready leads
- Measure campaign performance using analytics and feedback from the sales team
- Maintain alignment with the sales team through timely and actionable communication and feedback sessions
- Manage and maintain the teams' pipeline of interested prospects
Requirements
- 3-5+ years sales or related market/business experience
- Expertise with a wide variety of lead generation tactics, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, webinars, and social media
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the B2B sales process
