Role Responsibilities

The Senior Architect will be a key player on the team, serving as the primary contact for architecture, security, infrastructure, and various technical inquiries. You will collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure that the Loyalty System adheres to corporate regulations and exceeds customer expectations. Your innovative approaches will strengthen customer relationships and drive business success. This role requires a diverse set of experiences across multiple areas, with depth in specific domains:

* Solutions Design

* Data Architecture and Governance

* Software Architecture

* Development Operations

* Web Service Design and Management

* Application and Production Support

* Security, Infrastructure, and Operations

* Provide technical leadership and consulting across Loyalty system applications, architecture, security, infrastructure, and web service functionalities

* Demonstrate organizational commitment to high-level infrastructure plans and participate in projects to evaluate technologies and methods for implementing these plans

* Establish, communicate, and execute common goals and directions for teams while providing guidance for technical staff

* Document current system integrations, infrastructure, and process flows, as well as technical system requirements as necessary

* Provide feedback to business and technical partners during requirement and design phases to ensure final solutions effectively meet business needs while complying with technical and operational standards

* Assist in designing and implementing security and infrastructure projects to maintain compliance and optimal performance of the loyalty system

* Act as a liaison to internal leadership and application owners, offering best practices and priority recommendations to ensure systems operate at optimal levels

* Evaluate new technologies to assess potential benefits for systems under your responsibility

* Integrate loyalty business processes and data within an enterprise and across organizations by linking applications to enhance business processes, reduce cycle times, and increase agility

* Analyze, document, and understand the IT architecture, loyalty business processes, and data within the enterprise

* Recommend modifications to existing software to meet specialized loyalty needs

* Provide architectural consulting expertise and direction to the application development team

* Research emerging technologies to support development and operations

* Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of integrated systems

* Review new and existing IT projects, system designs, and procurement plans for compliance

* Create and review architecture and design documents for application architectures, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders

* Engage with third-party partners to understand industry and technological trends

Qualifications

Required Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in solution design and systems architecture.

* Proven track record in systems design and development.

* Strong understanding of information processing principles and practices.

* Solid foundation in core enterprise applications.

* In-depth technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems.

* Working knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards.

* Strong understanding of hardware and software evaluation principles.

* Proven project planning and management experience.

* Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

* Comprehensive understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.

* Superior written and verbal communication skills.

* Excellent technical architecture and documentation skills.

* Strong interpersonal and consultative abilities.

* Ability to research emerging technologies and trends as needed.

* Ability to communicate ideas in an accessible manner.

* Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

* Experience with deployment and delivery in technologies such as Rancher/Docker/Kubernetes on VMware and multi-cloud (AWS/Azure), NoSQL, APIs, Big Data Technologies, NLP, MLP, graph, elastic search, RDBMS, SQL Server.

* Experience in event-managed microservices architecture and BRMS in microservices-based architecture.

* Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field

* Master's Degree is a plus
