Role Responsibilities
The Senior Architect will serve as a key figure on the team, acting as the primary resource for architecture, security, infrastructure, and various technical inquiries. You will collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure the Loyalty System adheres to corporate standards and exceeds customer expectations. Your innovative approaches will enhance customer relationships and stimulate business growth. This role demands a diverse skill set across multiple areas, including:

* Security, Infrastructure, and Operations
Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership, documenting system integrations, and offering insights during the design phases to ensure solutions align with business needs while adhering to operational guidelines. You will also evaluate new technologies to enhance system performance and ensure compliance with security and infrastructure standards.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
* 5+ years in solution design and systems architecture.
* Proven track record in systems design and development.
* Strong grasp of information processing principles.
* Solid foundation in core enterprise applications.
* In-depth technical knowledge of networks and operating systems.
* Familiarity with current software, protocols, and standards.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
* Experience with technologies such as Rancher/Docker/Kubernetes, NoSQL, APIs, and SQL Server.
Preferred Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
* Master's Degree is a plus.
