Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Strategist to join our team at Scion Staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building client relationships across industries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver creative, high-impact experiential design projects.

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of $100,000 (DOE) + bonuses and commissions based on a percentage of revenues. In addition, this role provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to align with the organization's vision for creating high-quality experiential design projects.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term client relationships across diverse industries, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations for successful outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the organization's value and approach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A proven history of success in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong ability to network, build connections, and nurture client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion.
  • Comfortable with 10-20% domestic and international travel.
