Our Sales Associates are accountable for all facets of the customer journey, including, but not limited to:

•Engaging as part of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a results-oriented mindset.

•Establishing rapport with customers from the initial greeting, addressing inquiries, and assisting in product selection through follow-up interactions.

•Actively promoting and participating in team selling to positively influence store sales performance and metrics objectives.

•Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and other related projects, along with conducting inventory counts.

•Monitoring and maintaining fitting room areas, including returning items to the sales floor as necessary.

•Accurately processing all customer transactions, exchanges, store credits, and returns according to established procedures.

•Ensuring that the sales floor in your designated area is well-stocked and adheres to merchandising standards based on specified criteria (color, size, and category).

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise or supplies, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
