Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Promote our services and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling membership sales, and resolving member issues
  • Work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to achieve sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our services and products

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
