Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our client's team. This is a direct hire opportunity, and the successful candidate will be based onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payments and record expenses accurately and efficiently
  • Perform reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies that may arise
  • Carry out various administrative tasks, including filing, reception, and answering calls
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting is required for this role
Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $20-$21 per hour. This is a competitive rate for the Sarasota market, reflecting the importance of the role in supporting our client's business operations.
