Key Responsibilities
  • Service Customer Requests: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes and orders through various communication channels.
  • Manage Transactional Work: Handle a high volume of customer transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide Technical Assistance: Offer recommendations and guidance on conveyor and belting solutions to customers.

Requirements
  • Strong Mathematical and Technical Aptitude: Possess a strong understanding of mathematics and technical concepts, with the ability to complete and pass a mathematics test and technical aptitude assessment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to complete and pass a written test.
  • Self-Managed Team Player: Possess strong self-management skills and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Working Knowledge of Windows-Based Software: Have a working knowledge of Windows-based software and be able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to Work Rotating Shifts: Be able to work rotating shifts, including 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Ability to Travel: Be able to travel by air and car at least two times a year for up to a week at a time.
  • Ability to Type: Possess the ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
  • Ability to Work Weekends and Holidays: Be able to work occasional weekends for training and development, as well as some holidays.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous Business-to-Business Customer Phone Support Experience: Possess previous experience in business-to-business customer phone support.
  • College Degree: Hold a college degree.
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems: Have familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle.
