- Ability to Work Rotating Shifts: Be able to work rotating shifts, including 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Ability to Travel: Be able to travel by air and car at least two times a year for up to a week at a time.
- Ability to Type: Possess the ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
- Ability to Work Weekends and Holidays: Be able to work occasional weekends for training and development, as well as some holidays.
- Previous Business-to-Business Customer Phone Support Experience: Possess previous experience in business-to-business customer phone support.
- College Degree: Hold a college degree.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems: Have familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle.
