Position Summary:

The Media Supervisor for Audience Strategy is responsible for overseeing comprehensive media strategy and planning targeted at specific audiences for our clients. This role entails managing planning activities for complex or high-budget campaigns, generating strategic insights, and facilitating learnings across the client's entire portfolio of activities.

The ideal candidate will be a decisive and collaborative team player with a passion for data, possessing a proven track record in leading strategic planning initiatives, including presentation development, budget management, channel allocation, and audience engagement strategies. This dynamic team collaborates closely with an analytics-focused client to provide strategic guidance as they evolve their brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal directors and clients to create innovative and precisely targeted marketing solutions.
  • Engage with clients and partner agencies to formulate strategic communication plans tailored to target audiences.
  • Evaluate client deliverables for quality assurance, ensuring recommendations and outputs are robust and feasible.
  • Lead the creation of strategic proposals and client-facing points of view, coordinating with relevant teams to incorporate all necessary inputs.
  • Take ownership of campaign planning for designated client accounts.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual support.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices aimed at enhancing communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Participate in regular knowledge-sharing sessions to exchange and acquire new strategies for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Direct strategic planning initiatives, encompassing presentation development, budget allocation, and audience strategy.
  • Support the formulation of strategic approaches and experience design by delivering channel insights and linking them to historical performance and market opportunities.
  • Oversee the management and development of Associates and Senior Associates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in media strategy and planning across various media channels.
  • Strong background in digital media is preferred.
  • Resourceful, inquisitive, and driven individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with media systems/platforms such as Kantar, MOAT, Prisma, and ComScore is advantageous.
