Job Title: Product Development Manager About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Resource Logistics. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Private Cloud (CaaS) solution, from ideation to launch. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the final product meets the needs of both the business and the end-user. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, design, and develop cloud-based solutions that meet customer business objectives * Oversee the entire product development cycle, from ideation to launch * Ensure that the final product meets the needs of both the business and the end-user * Create and maintain a product roadmap * Set milestones, timelines, and deliverables for the technical components of the product * Manage interdependencies to avoid bottlenecks and delays * Assess time and resource estimates from engineering * Review tech specs with technical squads * Evaluate Clienthitecture and networking plans * Be involved in infrastructure and scalability * Bridge the gap between infrastructure development teams and business executives * Align engineering teams and work in collaboration with customer stakeholders Requirements: * Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field * Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar * Knowledge of cloud services and technologies * Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management * Familiarity with agile * Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle * Technical background with knowledge of software development and web techniques * Team spirit and good communication abilities What We Offer: * Opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Competitive salary and benefits package How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced Product Development Manager looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
