About the Role

In this opportunity, you will lead our AI-powered platform to new heights by building a comprehensive roadmap targeting expansion, enhancements, integration, and adoption of new capabilities and features. You will define and implement a definition of success, lead research into market trends, competitive analysis, user behavior data, and other relevant information to inform product roadmap decisions.

You will work closely with engineering teams to define scope and timelines for upcoming releases and enhancements based on business priorities and constraints. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, such as Sales and Business Development Teams, to align goals and objectives around product commercialization efforts.

You will ensure product quality by participating in testing activities throughout the development cycle and provide feedback during usability studies or user interviews. You will oversee the implementation of product enhancements post-release and monitor performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes are achieved according to plan.

You will manage relationships with external partners, including vendors and consultants, involved in the product delivery process. You will stay abreast of industry trends related to technology advancements and emerging technologies that could impact the product offering and functionality over time.

About You

You're a fit for this role if you have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with an MBA, and a minimum of five years' experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment. You should have demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, agile methodology, and software development lifecycle tools.

You should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, have a proven track record of success driving large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies, and experience with people management. Experience with legal services domain is strongly preferred.
