Flight Component Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Flight Component Assurance Engineer. This role involves ensuring the reliability of Avionics flight components and assemblies, including Flight Computers, Gyroscopes, Sensors, and Video Systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance and process improvement, as well as a strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies.
Main Responsibilities- Evaluate product and process output data to drive improvements in manufacturing and acceptance test quality.
- Represent quality objectives in design and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams.
- Design for Manufacture and Test of Electro-Mechanical Box Assemblies.
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical, manufacturing, mechanical or material sciences engineering.
- Minimum 2 years in a quality, manufacturing, or design engineering role.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex projects with a talented team and enjoy professional growth and development opportunities.
