Merchandise Planning and Allocation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planning and Allocation Leader to join our team at Express. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth, profitability, and inventory management across our various channels.

The Role:

As a Merchandise Planning and Allocation Leader, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategies to drive sales and profitability across our various channels. This includes analyzing market trends, customer insights, and historical data to inform your decision-making. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper coordination and execution of assortment and merchandise financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and inventory management across various channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in merchandise planning and allocation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of planners and analysts.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Columbus, OH.
