Position Overview:

The Project Control Analyst is responsible for overseeing a diverse range of intricate financial and administrative tasks associated with sizable or multifaceted programs, organizations, or proposals. This role entails providing analytical insights into expenditures and recommending effective procedures for monitoring programs, organizations, or proposals. The analyst will interpret and implement requirements for cost proposal estimating, pricing, and documentation, while also defining parameters for estimate preparation. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or program control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, investigate, and resolve financial issues.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in progressive financial management within government contracts.
  • Familiarity with cost estimating or financial management for professional services, including IDIQ professional services at the task order level with multiple subcontractors.
  • Ability to apply formulas and functions for calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel.
  • Capability to conduct financial forecasts based on comprehensive analysis and historical data.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

The salary for this position is determined by various factors, including location, the individual's unique combination of education, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this role is between $51,600.00 and $106,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical salary for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package.

Work Environment:

Our culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If the role is onsite, in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients will be required as necessary.
