Job Overview

Shields Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Armored Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our armored transportation team, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of valuable assets to and from our clients' locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive safely and efficiently, following designated routes and communicating with the dispatch team as needed.
  • Load and unload cargo, including multiple bags of coins weighing up to 50 pounds each.
  • Ensure the security of the guards who accompany you on deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork, including daily logs and delivery manifests.
  • Work collaboratively with the dispatch team to resolve any issues or concerns that arise during deliveries.
Requirements
  • 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Ability to complete all Department of Transportation requirements
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
