Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team for a full-time position at a school in Kingston. This role will involve working with students who require behavioral management and monitoring, and we are looking for someone with experience in this area.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing behavioral management and monitoring services to students in an onsite setting
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Utilizing their expertise to create a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • An RBT certification
  • Previous experience working in schools is preferred but not required
