Emotional Support Specialist

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Specialist to support high school students in an emotional support classroom.
Key Responsibilities- Provide behavioral support to high school students
- Floating between classrooms to provide individualized support
- Collaborate with students, teachers, and staff members to develop and implement behavioral plans
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Tech or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- PA certifications are preferred but not required
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and their families.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 per year
