Behavioral Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Technician to join our team in Kingston, PA. As a full-time Behavioral Specialist, you will work directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral, emotional, and social challenges.
- Collect data on student progress and behaviors, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support students in developing social skills, self-regulation, and coping strategies.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Previous experience working with children, especially those with behavioral or developmental needs, preferred.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with students, teachers, and families.
- Patience, empathy, and passion for supporting students' growth and development.
