RESPONSIBILITIES

*Deliver outstanding customer service:

*Greet and engage with each customer.
*Effectively suggest products and facilitate purchases to enhance the customer experience.
*Conduct product demonstrations and sampling.
*Create high-quality products in line with company standards:
*Serve only items that meet visual and quality benchmarks.
*Exhibit knowledge and adherence to safe food handling practices.
*Follow guidelines for merchandising, stocking, rotation, and storage.
*Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout each shift.

Support Store Profitability:
*Adhere to proper cash handling procedures and register policies.
*Follow inventory and stocking protocols.
Take initiative to learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista:
*Engage in self-directed learning beyond the standard training program.
*Learn and embody all standards of product and conduct established by The GIANT Company and Starbucks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferable experience in a supervisory or barista role.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess valid identification.
  • Must meet the company's performance standards for the role, including regular attendance.
  • Desired skills: customer-focused, strong interpersonal abilities, and food handling certification preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

*Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on business needs

*Job cycles: continual maximum

*Lift/carry: 50 lbs.

*Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
*Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.

*Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.
