Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FLEX APRC Program Specialist to join our team at Marriott International HQ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building successful relationships with hotel teams, organizing and coordinating pre-arrival planning, and resolving customer care cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate daily with hotel teams to understand their needs and provide proactive support.
  • Participate in regular stand-ups with hotel teams to review priority tasks and upcoming events.
  • Develop and manage internal key stakeholder relationships in a proactive manner.
  • Act as a liaison between property and regional/corporate systems support.
  • Run the GPS report and identify Bonvoy preferences/personalized information/special occasions/redemption stays.
  • Send pre-arrival emails to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Resolve and/or escalate customer care cases in a timely and professional manner.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
