Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Audit professional to join our team. As a Night Audit, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of our hotel's financial records, as well as providing exceptional guest service and support to our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Record Keeping: Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records of hotel transactions.
  2. Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service and support to our guests, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  3. Security: Maintain the security and integrity of our hotel's financial records and assets, including handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring the safekeeping of sensitive information.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Previous Experience in Guest Service or Financial Record Keeping: Preferred
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Required
