About the RoleThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC will monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies.
The CNC will serve as a resource for staff and support an unparalleled patient experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement
- Assisting with staff scheduling

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
