About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience caring for patients requiring surgical procedures and will be able to work effectively in an acute-care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Work effectively in an acute-care setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient care is of the highest standard
Requirements
  • Current state license in good standing
  • 12 months OR experience in an acute-care setting within the last 3 years
  • At minimum, current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
  • Medical Records

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on 36 hours worked per week. This figure includes a tax-free stipend amount.
