Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join the team at Alaska Regional Hospital, located in Anchorage, Alaska. As a key member of our cardiac surgical unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions within the department.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.

Requirements
  • Current licensure in Alaska as a Registered Nurse.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year applicable experience.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) Certification.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course (ACLS) Certification.
