Cardiac Surgical Unit Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join the team at Alaska Regional Hospital, located in Anchorage, Alaska. As a key member of our cardiac surgical unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions within the department.

Responsibilities
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
Requirements
- Current licensure in Alaska as a Registered Nurse.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year applicable experience.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) Certification.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course (ACLS) Certification.
