The selected candidates will be tasked with:
- Preparing and configuring new devices through imaging processes.
- Assisting in the relocation of user desktops, including disconnecting and reconnecting equipment.
- Conducting tests on devices and providing support to users at their new locations for any post-relocation issues.
- Collaborating with the service manager to address desk-side support needs and IMAC requirements for users.
- Prior experience in desktop support is preferred.
