About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic team at Tier4 Group. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in elevating user insights and championing user-centric design practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for User Needs: Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to ensure user needs are at the forefront of decision-making.
  • Conduct Research Projects: Independently lead end-to-end research projects, from project initiation to data collection and presentation of findings.
  • Develop UX Research Artifacts: Create comprehensive research artifacts, including proposals, moderator's guides, and results summaries.
  • Synthesize Research Findings: Skillfully synthesize research findings into actionable insights that drive business growth.
  • Identify Research Opportunities: Proactively identify untapped research opportunities to enhance product value and execute them efficiently.
  • Manage Research Participants: Manage recruitment and maintain databases of targeted research participants sourced internally and externally.
  • Knowledge Resource: Act as a knowledge resource on user experience within the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience conducting formal UX research.
  • Education: Master's Degree or higher in HCI, psychology, human factors, social science, or related fields.
  • Skills: Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including contextual inquiry, usability testing, competitive benchmarking, interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
  • Passion for UX: Deep passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Research Tools: Familiarity with UX Research tools like OptimalSort, UserZoom, or similar platforms.
  • Survey Platforms: Experience using survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or equivalent.
  • Business Acumen: Strong willingness to challenge conventional practices to address user needs better.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and drive projects forward independently.
