Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by educating clients about our products and services.
  • Exhibit open and interactive communication to connect with clients and initiate the sales and customer service processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation required for client accounts.
  • Answer client questions regarding products and sales orders using available information.
  • Follow enrollment eligibility criteria and process policy at all times.
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Service Representatives to deliver the best customer experience and drive revenue sales to achieve enrollment goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is highly recommended.
  • 1+ years of customer service, outreach, retail, or a client-focused environment is preferred.
  • Passionate about identifying solutions to better the customer experience.
  • Strong, active listening and sales presentation abilities.
  • Driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under minimal supervision.
