We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Rosemont at Stone Mountain. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and monitor residents' health details, including vital signs and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting optimal healing and comfort for our residents.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid LPN license and good standing with the State Registry are required.
