Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in health teaching and counseling to promote and maintain optimum health of patients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all care provided.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Georgia.
  • At least 6 months of nursing experience with geriatric involvement preferable.
  • Ability to work in self-directed work groups.
  • Passion for working with elderly people.
