Position Overview:

Bravo Recruiting Solutions Corp is in search of a committed and empathetic Practical Nursing Specialist (PNS) to become an integral part of our healthcare team. The PNS will operate under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians to deliver exceptional care to patients. Responsibilities include assisting with patient evaluations, administering medications, performing wound management, and offering emotional support to patients and their families.

Primary Duties:

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Execute fundamental nursing tasks, including monitoring vital signs, managing wounds, and administering medications.

- Support patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.

- Accurately document patient information in electronic medical records.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

- Comply with all nursing standards, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in Georgia.

- CPR certification.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Must possess compassion, patience, and attention to detail.

- Prior experience in a healthcare environment.

- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.

Compensation:

Starting at $32.00 per hour.

Work Environment:

  • Rehabilitation center.

Shift Availability:

  • Day shift.
  • Evening shift.
  • Night shift.

Weekly Schedule Options:

  • Flexible hours.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Rotating weekends.
  • Weekends as needed.

Licensure/Certification:

  • LPN License (Required).

Work Location: In-person.
