Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our ambulatory care setting. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care as directed by the provider, including preparing patients for exams and assisting during treatments.
  • Contribute to the financial viability of the organization through service quality and clinical excellence.
  • Participate in shared decision-making groups and committees to advance evidence-based practice and promote a culture of safety.
  • Collaborate with the patient, significant others, and/or family to promote a comfortable and safe environment for the delivery of care.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a practical or vocational nursing program.
  • Current/active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Previous healthcare experience, preferably in an ambulatory or outpatient setting.
