Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Quality Management Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive quality management plans to ensure that all program deliverables meet the required standards.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Checks: Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that all program deliverables, products, and services meet the required standards.
- Lead Quality Programs: Lead quality programs and implement quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that all program deliverables meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers: Collaborate with project managers across the program to tailor quality management processes for each project.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey meaningful insights to complex issues and explain findings to teammates and executives.
- Research and Analyze: Conduct research, evaluate options for action, and provide thoughtful recommendations to solve business problems at a strategic level.
- Attention to Detail: Pay strict attention to detail to ensure that all program deliverables meet the required standards.
- TS/SCI Clearance: Possess a Top Secret/Secret Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Have relevant experience in quality assurance, program management, or a related field.
- Experience in High-Risk Environments: Have experience operating in high-risk, OCONUS environments.
- Client-Facing Quality Management: Have experience managing a client-facing quality management program.
- CPAF Contracts: Have experience with Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contracts and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting (CPARs).
- C6ISR Knowledge: Have knowledge of C6ISR collection, analysis, and intelligence production.
- Project Management Certification: Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Quality Management Certification: Possess a Quality Management certification.
