Diversant is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Quality Assurance Analytics Lead. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Quality Assurance initiatives.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with HEDIS.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SQL.
  • Oversee a team of four analytics professionals.
  • Work in a hybrid capacity, with three days in the office.

Role Overview:

The Quality Assurance Analytics Lead will:

  • Supervise the Quality Assurance Analytics Team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the HEDIS/QARR data repository for reporting purposes.
  • Manage the integration of various data sources, including claims, provider, member, encounter, and supplemental data, into quality measure rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop forecasting models and quality dashboards that align with performance program budgets and quality objectives.
  • Mentor and train analytics staff, ensuring that project needs are met while maintaining data integrity.
  • Establish and uphold processes for the implementation, testing, and validation of supplemental data from providers.
  • Provide technical guidance to Quality Assurance Provider Engagement and Quality Improvement teams.
  • Serve as a mid-level escalation point for application-related issues, addressing data problems that require process re-engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, business administration, or information technology is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in programming, application development, or reporting, with a strong analytical background.
  • Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAS, R, SQL, Cognos, Business Objects) to create analytical solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 annually. The offered salary will be based on various factors, including education, experience, and specific job responsibilities.
