Position Overview:
Diversant is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analytics Lead to join our team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
As the QA Analytics Lead, you will:
  • Oversee the QA Analytics Team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data reporting.
  • Manage the integration of various data sources into quality measure rates, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop forecasting models and quality dashboards to monitor performance metrics and quality objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and training to analytics staff, ensuring alignment with project requirements and maintaining data integrity.
  • Establish and uphold processes for the implementation, testing, and validation of supplemental data.
  • Offer technical guidance to various stakeholders involved in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a mid-level escalation point for application-related issues, addressing data challenges that require process enhancements.
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate team members, providing clear direction and support.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, business administration, or information technology; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in programming, application development, or reporting, with a strong analytical background.
  • Proficiency in analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAS, R, SQL, Cognos, Business Objects).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
  • A high degree of accuracy and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge practically.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 annually, based on various factors including education and experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided directly by the client.
