Diversant is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analytics Lead to join our team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
As the QA Analytics Lead, you will:
- Oversee the QA Analytics Team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data reporting.
- Manage the integration of various data sources into quality measure rates, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
- Develop forecasting models and quality dashboards to monitor performance metrics and quality objectives.
- Provide mentorship and training to analytics staff, ensuring alignment with project requirements and maintaining data integrity.
- Establish and uphold processes for the implementation, testing, and validation of supplemental data.
- Offer technical guidance to various stakeholders involved in quality improvement initiatives.
- Act as a mid-level escalation point for application-related issues, addressing data challenges that require process enhancements.
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate team members, providing clear direction and support.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, business administration, or information technology; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in programming, application development, or reporting, with a strong analytical background.
- Proficiency in analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAS, R, SQL, Cognos, Business Objects).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
- A high degree of accuracy and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge practically.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 annually, based on various factors including education and experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided directly by the client.
