Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Equinox in San Mateo. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Member Services: Greet members and guests, scan membership IDs, and respond to member inquiries and concerns.
- Communication: Answer phones professionally, respond to emails, and communicate effectively with members and colleagues.
- Account Management: Update member accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Team Support: Assist other departments with related tasks and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Reliability: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication in person, via email, and via phone.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, sit, walk, squat, stoop, reach, and bend above and below shoulder height, and lift up to 50lbs.
