Lead a Team of Sales Professionals at NUCKOLLS

NUCKOLLS is a 120-year-old industry leader seeking a skilled leader to join our organization. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly. You will become an expert in training and developing your team members, with opportunities for advancement to the Agency Director role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • The desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
