Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in New Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase individual, senior, and specialty sales within your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with home office senior management and agents/brokers to increase sales within your territory.
  • Work with new sales managers for mentoring and training, as well as with Regional Sales Directors and RVP to deepen territory management skills.
  • Effectively utilize the Agent Sales Accelerator Program (e-ASAP) and increase agent AMAP co-op marketing utilization via multiple advertising venues.
  • Conduct monthly agent/broker training seminars and assist agents in the development of marketing plans and lead acquisition.
  • Maintain a strong field presence and build relationships within the healthcare industry.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years sales and territory management experience as a current individual/senior RSM IS calling on agents & brokers.
  • Active and current life and health Insurance license in good standing required.
  • BA/BS preferred. Testing may be required to qualify for this position. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution. The salary range for this position is $50,640 to $87,354.
