Team Overview:
The Sales Education Coordinator plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and delivering diverse learning experiences that foster the growth and success of our divisional operations. This position is integral in executing training initiatives and ensuring the application of learned skills among Directors, District Sales Managers, store leaders, and field leaders across all Pandora distribution channels, including direct-owned, franchise, and wholesale accounts. The Sales Education Coordinator promotes a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on enhancing behaviors and driving business performance.
Your Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
- Facilitates and delivers training sessions through various innovative methods, including in-store training, webinars, and virtual sessions, utilizing creative formats such as podcasts, videos, and instructor-led training (ILT) for both small and large groups.
- Implements a comprehensive training curriculum covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, retail business acumen, operational excellence, and leadership development.
- Conducts needs assessments to identify training opportunities that enhance performance.
- Ensures consistent follow-up after training sessions, holding teams accountable for achieving set objectives and goals.
- Monitors, reports, and evaluates training programs for participation and effectiveness.
- Analyzes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities, providing coaching to field teams and store staff as necessary.
- Establishes strong partnerships with key leaders and stakeholders.
- Communicates the training vision and objectives to promote ongoing growth and development within the teams supported by training.
- Encourages collaboration within the training team, corporate office, and global partners.
- Acts as a representative of the Pandora Brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Education, Business Management, or Communication, or 5-8 years of relevant experience in a training role within a retail sales environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels and external partners.
- Exceptional facilitation skills and the ability to command an audience.
- Strong retail business acumen.
- Proficient decision-making abilities, capable of integrating information and exercising sound judgment.
- Persuasive communication skills.
- Advanced collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Proven capability to work independently and within a remote team.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
