Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Finnin Kia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Cashier/Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monetary and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Complete and close repair orders in a timely manner.
- Perform front desk duties, including answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of daily transactions and documentation.
- Process Finance and Insurance (F&I) and sales monies.
- Process incoming vehicles and ensure they are properly documented.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
